The Cottages were owned and managed by Julien and Patrice Harley for over 35 years until they were destroyed by Hurricane Irma in 2017. Management has now extended to their adult children who are excited to take up the torch. Prior to the Harley’s management, the Cottages were built in the late 1960’s and owned by Noble and Elaine Samuel.

Fast forward to 2022, the Cottages were rebuilt and expanded to two-bedroom units with a hardened structure and a re-emergence into the vacation market. We look forward to reuniting with our past guests and establishing new relationships with families to come.
